Graham Bosman
About the author
Graham is a professional programme and project leader with 25 years’ experience in directing and managing strategic business change and capital investment. He is used to influencing at the highest levels of organisations to remove blockages, to facilitate implementation and deliver measurable improvements.
Graham is particularly interested in the delivery of corporate strategy through programmes of projects. He recognises that the achievements of an organisation are often constrained by a gap in expertise and regards the transfer of skills and development of others as an integral part of his work.
Graham is a director of P5 The Power of Projects, a niche consultancy specialising in programme and project management. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Programme and Project Management Registered Consultant. He is an associate consultant of Cranfield University and a visiting lecturer at Imperial College.
He lives in the UK and has worked across Europe and in South Africa and Australia. In his spare time Graham enjoys walking, travelling and sailing.
